Blankie

I finally finished making a big boy blankie for Joe. He refuses to sleep with anything other than his one favorite baby blanket and it is way  too small! I am really hoping he accepts this new work of love into his life. His little personality seems resistant to change... Just like big brother Henry. I've been encouraging him to " bond" with it all day so he won't toss it overboard at bedtime. It is so cozy! I made it out of his old baby receiving blankets, and the back is super soft and warm. I put the silky baby blanket binding on it...just like his favorite blankie. If he refuses to sleep with it, maybe I will!
